• Billing & Machine Support Requests

We do not respond to direct messages regarding billing or machine-related issues.

• Status Page Enhancements

Our status page will soon include subscription options for:

– Discord webhook notifications

• Server Setup Services

Complimentary server setup will no longer be offered unless arranged as part of a transfer to Infusion Peak Hosting services.
